I received an offer for a new job, but i dont know if what they offer is correct

Current job title: 2 days a week it Coördinator for the group above, 3 days as Service delivery Manager and manage the "bigger" projects (projects that take multiple weeks)
One sentence job desription: 2 days a week i manage the it requests and strategy for the group, the 3 other days i take care of the customers, meet them, spot opportunities, take care of their sla's and guide them. If there is a bigger project then the average system and network engineer projects i manage them (for example move to a new building, new dataroom, ...)
Seniority: never did this job before
Official hours/week : 40 Real hours/week
Average real hours/week incl. overtime: no idea yet
Shiftwork or 9 to 5 (flexible?): flexible
On-call duty: no, but if a customer has big issues i'll probably get a call from them
Vacation days/year: 32 due to reduction of work hours

Gross salary/month: 4000€
Net salary/month: if i have to believe calculators it would be +-2626€
Netto compensation: 175
Mobility budget/car/bike/...: Company car would be in the range of bmx ix1/volvo ex30
13th month (full? partial?): Full
Meal vouchers: 8 EURO
Ecocheques: Yes 250€/year
Group insurance (% salary/% employer): yes, but no idea about the percentage
Other insurances: Yes, hospitalisation including children and wife payed by company.
