Some background: feels like we're short staffed at the moment, so needing to do more work than I should (it's not asked of me but the show must go on). I manage a key account turning over 10M/year (= 25% of company revenue). Surrounded by older colleagues who probably earn duouble for the same job but don't seem nearly as committed or just don't care anymore - it's frustrating because seniority is the only difference giving them a much higher package.

For my responsibilities I want to ask for a 10% raise - has this sub made me greedy? The group I work with is really great so I don't want to burn bridges.
