This is what my package will look like from 2024. Please assess my salary honestly. Personally, I don't think I can find anything better because I work very close to home and experience little pressure. I don't have to cold-call or achieve target results. I did achieve good results. But I don't want to let my ambitions die because of the good benefits I have.

- Netto compensation: Telework allowance of €124/month, Internet connection worth €42/month (based on provider invoice) personal contribution €5 per month, GSM subscription of 25/month, personal contribution 5/month. This is included in the net amount of 2270.
- Mobility budget/car/bike/...: Hybrid car with fuel card within Belgium. Car of about 700 euros per month.
- 13th month (full? partial?): I have a 13th month. I believe this is half of my gross salary.

- Group insurance: 1% employer and 1% employee
- Other insurances: Hospitalisation, DKV
- Other benefits (bonuses, stocks options, ... ): A bonus of approximately 150 euros per month. On an annual basis this is 1800 euros gross. Can be used net by purchasing electronics or special arrangement.

- Telework days/week: Basically 1 day from home. In practice, I always go to the office because of the short distance

- Is your job stressful? No pressure really. Sometimes I get stressed by dissatisfied customers, but then my manager doesn't put any pressure on me, rather because I put it on myself. Everything keeps getting resolved.
