Currently I'm senior full-stack developer .NET. with gross 3600 (netto 2700 euro), 150 euro netto compensation, maaltijdcheque, ecocheque, IP ruling, Tesla model 3 with charging card but no bonus (0 euro).

I can exchange some bruto (5100 euro) for car. I think with 500 euro less bruto with about same car I still go financially a lot further. But the only downside of this new job I got from full remote to 2 days 1 hour travel time. But to be honest I get bored and like to see/socialise with people in real life.

So is it smart move to go for it? Thanks for any feedback ;)
