Responsible for personnel (reports): A store manager

Varia:

To become an assistant manager in my company, one must first prove themselves. That's why you are moved to a store where you are seen as an assistant manager but you are paid like a salesperson. This process usually takes 1 year, mine 1 year and a half. In our company you are paid on commissions, the hourly wage is 1264 euros per month, the rest are commissions on average 3400 euros per month in total. minimum wage is 2203 euros per month gross.

Extra: Sometimes i feel underpaid for the things i need to do and the stress i need to handle, the nett income from a salesman and a assistant manager is only a 200 euro difference and some salesman earn more then a assistant manager. Evenmore if i want to grow to manager i have to be a manager of a store to prove myself but getting paid as a assistant manager.
