Additional details: My job has evolved from mostly PLC programming in the beginning, to coördination and review of the automation aspects of projects the last 4-5 years, to writing and implementing new standards and system architecture. I'm also the most experienced AE in our team, so by default the single source of knowledge regarding automation systems and coach of the younger guys.

I'm mainly curious to see where I'm at compared to the market, and if there would be significant opportunities when changing jobs. A car would greatly improve my financial situation.
