I was wondering if my salary was worth the jump from my current employer?

Currently earn €2800 Gross/month, Car (Fuel, only BE + Charging card, EU), Average net/month (incl fees) €2150. Fees are around €180/month. Working hours depend, but would say around 40 hours/week. Group insurance: €215/month (100%), Hospitalisation.
