Hey everyone, I had this weird path where I began working before graduating and ended up postponing my final exam for years. I qui my previous jobs, took a few years break from IT and came back. Since my profile was so lame to HRs, I joined a small consulting company that got me into a mission I very much like (technology wise and also the industry of the client).

But something that's been bugging me, since my recruiter took the help of Actiris and Bruxelles formation to get me this mission, I feel really underpaid in terms of money and bonuses (I literally have 0 compensation other than the salary). I accepted this from the get go since I wanted the job so bad.
But now that I'm a few months in, I feel the burden. So I'm asking you guys some helps/tips and advices on how to negotiate my next contract. I have no experience in this and I think I'm having high expectations of what I should get since I'm kind of angry at my current situation.

TL;DR: I'm paid 1400 (two first months), 1600 (two next ones) and 1800 (two next ones, and that'll stay like that for the rest of the mission) but with literally 0 other bonus/compensation. How should I negotiate the next contract?
