Got this job offer, seems really good to me but I've got no idea how it compares to others in my field.

1. PERSONALIA

  • Age: 26
  • Education: Master in Engineering Technology (Inudstrieel ingenieur) - Electronics and ICT, and almost completed the master for Burgerlijk Ingenieur: Computer science but didn't finish it due to covid and an interesting job offer.
  • Work experience : 2.5 years
  • Civil status: Single
  • Dependent people/children: none

2. EMPLOYER PROFILE

  • Sector/Industry: Tech
  • Amount of employees: ~15
  • Multinational? No

3. CONTRACT & CONDITIONS

  • Job title: C++ Software Engineer
  • Seniority: 0
  • Official hours/week : 40
  • Average real hours/week incl.: 40
  • Shiftwork or 9 to 5 (flexible?): 9 to 5 (flexible)
  • On-call duty: no
  • Vacation days/year: 32

4. SALARY

  • Gross salary/month: 3650 euros
  • Average net salary/month (incl. net fees): 2519 according to brut->net calculator
  • Netto compensation: 150 per month
  • 13th month (full? partial?): full (13.92?)
  • Meal vouchers: €8/d
  • Ecocheques: €250/y
  • Salary car/bike and/or fuel card: Class B + unlimited fuel card
  • Group insurance (% employer): No
  • Other insurances: No

5. MOBILITY

  • How do you commute? Bike
  • How is the travel home-work compensated: NA

6. OTHER

  • How easy can you plan a day off: easy if no conflicts

Very important to note is that they offer the choice between "mobilitybudget" or the "company car + fuel card" for the same gross/bruto value, which would be €600. I live closer than 10km from the office so I can use this whole sum as net(!) to pay my rent or loan if I intend to buy in the future.

EDIT: Correct education
