im a chef on a company sponsored single permit. to qualify for sponsorship i must be in a specified barema. comparively, my peers in lower level cooking jobs with a lower hourly pay rate appear to take home more netto pay than i and are much cheaper for their employers. im curious how others in horeca or in similar positions maximise their netto pay and minimuse tax bills
