In a team of computer technicians I am doing all the warranty (Which comes with a shitton of paperwork which makes the rma part almost a full time job on its own), shipping stuff for customers. Besides that I also help doing repairs myself, phone calls, B2B Support and helping customers that come to the stores help desk. I really have the feeling that I can earn a lot more money with knowledge I've gathered. Problem is that I do not have a degree and i can't go back to school because i wouldnt be able to afford my rent if I went to school.
