Hi everyone, I feel I am being underpaid considering the responsibilities I have and the amount of work I get done.
I know I don't have a bachelor degree, so it's normal that I didn't earn as much when I just started, but after two years I feel like I have proven my worth and my team lead also said I know just as much as a bachelor with 2 years experience.
My boss has promised me a raise and a higher function in september, but a couple of weeks ago he said he wasn't sure he would be able to give it to me, because technically it demands 3 years of experience.
I would very much like to hear your thoughts. I think I can do better, but I'm not sure, maybe I am just too impatient. Thank you!
