Rate my salary, i work saturdays and sundays 12h shifts weekly switching between day and night (17h to 5h and 5h to 17h) also most holidays. 45minute payed lunchbreaks free to choose whenever. I also do 2 days of overtime (8h shifts) during the week over a whole month.

1 time per month there is a payed meeting during the week to optimise the process with new ideas Also a few times per year i have a obligatory payed cursus which i can skip to be put on a different date.
