Very happy with the work-life balance and the net compensation (including all the extras, I get paid like I work 15 months a year). Little bit worried about the relatively low gross wage, especially compared to my friend circle (mostly engineers and developers). Also a job with very specific skillset that does not translate well to other roles and not a lot of growth potential (barema).
