Transitioned from a smaller ERP 3rd party consultancy to a bigger company with dedicated data analysis team. Just curious of what people think about compensation at this time. I took this offer which to me was substantially more than at the consultancy firm, looking to accelerate my career in data analysis and in the next 1-2 years aim for 4000 gross with same benefits.
