Data analyst

What are your thoughts? Is seems like a fair offer but the only thing that bothers me is that the job might be too 'simple' i.e. I can't gain a lot of knowledge here, or have to learn the things on my own. As a first job, I heard it's best to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible, even though this means settling for less, as it will benefit you in the future?
