Received a job offer for a growing team within a bigger company. Job is data related and a bit of responsibilities in new projects. Could be compared to combination of data engineer/analyst + project coordinator. Thoughts on the compensation? I currently have about 2500 net, will lose IP reward and a car. I'm not too bothered by no car and I'd like something close to home. Due to where I live this narrows down my possibilities by quite a bit.

Already spoken to the people and all seems good.
