I'm aware that I'm very lucky with how optimized my net wage is compared to my gross wage. I'm wondering however how my gross wage compares, and if I should be asking for a raise since my responsibilities have grown considerably in the last year.

Also, any people here that are enjoying IP ruling now, but will be losing that next year? I'm curious if your employer has already communicated with you if/how they will try to compensate for the net salary loss?
