Work-life balance is great. Flat hierachy. Less corporate politics. The only issue is that the company is financially unstable due to current market conditions, so you can sense uncertainties in the office. Ive applied in a large multinational as team lead. I was offered 6000 eur, fully remote, no car with same benefits + performance bonus but not sure if this is worth it.
