From what I’ve read in this sub, the offer I’ve been given seems pretty good for BE. I’m putting it out here mostly to contribute a datapoint for others to consider.

The only thing that I notice is annoying is that there is no mobility budget and no eco cheques. It’s puzzling to me that such a large multinational seems to not do the most basic tax optimization for its employees.
