I'm currently given my yoe, very pleased with my compensation. Working on the side to finish off my bachelor's currently. Which they are paying for tuition and any books or other things I may need. My 1 year mark is coming up and I was wondering how I should approach asking for a raise. If I should considering their heavy investment into me for my education.
