I've been passively looking for a new job for the last 6 months ( I quit my last job) and this is an offer I've received.

I'm not really sure how I feel about this offer. During introductions with the company, my expectation were 2800 Brut + Car and other benefits like group insurance. These are just an extension of my previous job.

While it is true that the offer is largely within expectations, I do think it's on the lower side. I've had unofficial offers of 3K brut + €237 netto comp and a type C car: Audi A3 in consultancy.

Due to the lack of group insurance, lower net comp and the company car type A , I was wondering if I could reasonably ask for €2900-€3000Brut or would this be seen as ''disrespectful" because it differs a bit from my initial expectation. Would this fit within pc 200.?

On the other side, it's an interesting first project and due to the fact that I've been searching for a job for 6 months, I don't think i have much leverage.

However, I've been presented at the plant of the first project and they were very eager to work with me and not an other canditate that has been presented. Could this be an advantage during negotiations or will they possibly just pick the other canditate, if my demands are unreasonable?
