  • Current job title: ERP Team lead
  • Job description: Responsible for all functional sides of ERP consultants. I'm not their hierarchichal manager but I'm responsible for helping, coaching and following up in specific domains. Team is made of 10 people including me ranging from 22 years old fresh out of college up to 64 years old on the brink of retirement. In addition to that role, I have my own projects as senior consultant/solution architect.

  • Official hours/week : 38,5h/week
  • Average real hours/week incl. overtime: 40h incl. Overtime which I can recover most of
  • Shiftwork or 9 to 5 (flexible?): Super flexible, usually 9.30 to 5.30, sometimes less and sometimes more.
  • On-call duty: Maybe 2-3 days a year when projects go live.
  • Vacation days/year: 25 + overtime, usually get around 35/year.

We also have the "Plan cafétéria" which basically transforms 13th month into Netto money for specific purchases (phone, computer,...). As of now, I'm getting 17,50% IP which greatly raises my Netto as well as my bonuses, it will be gone starting January 2024.

I will have a 400€ Brutto raise in January to kind of compensate losing the IP and have another 300€ Brutto raise planned for June. With indexation of +-1,5%, I should be around 5650€ Brutto in 6 months.

I was also thinking of maybe going freelance next year given the loss of IP. What do you guys think?
