Started here 3 years after finishing my bachelor in high school, meant to become an expert in Insurances. After 6 months of all around training I started investing alot of time in myself and learning every insurance on myself, with a bit of help from some collegues. Last year reached the top 10 of sales of my province. When asking for a raise they basicly say were getting an index each year and that counts as an raise.
