Just wanted to get some feedback. I have recently (Q2 2023) been promoted which didn't change my gross wage but added a company car and raised my net allowance. Our yearly performance review is at the end of the year and my main question it whether I should ask for a raise of my gross wage. I believe I am performing well. Thanks.
