Hey, I'm 1 out of 2 developers for a corporate group. My responsability is mainly front-end as my co-worker only handles back-end development.
I mainly create custom ERP applications in VueJS and React (- native), both for internal and external users. Design, architecture, (external) training, customer meetings, hardware/software support and R&D are also my responsabilities besides development on on-going projects.
I'm also the go-to guy to make plans for e-mail guidelines (increasing politeness and professionalism) and for document templates (powerpoints, sales offers etc...).

I feel like I'm given a lot of freedom (WFH and flexible hours), but I feel like I'm handling a lot that other people are paid for to do, also the growing lack of respect is causing more and more frustration.

I wonder if my salary could be improved elsewhere without giving up too much of my freedom and/or if I'm just a whiny bastard.

Thanks for your feedback!
