Hello, here is some context: the last company I was working for went bankrupt. I just received a contract offer from another company, but it's a lower offer than my previous contract.
They are proposing 3000€ gross (compared to 3300€ previously) with fewer benefits (no more group insurance and no more double vacation allowance). They are compensating with a 240€ netto compensation (frais forfaitaires), but I feel like I'm losing out in the balance, especially with the lower gross salary. Also I'll start in january so I won't be able to get the wage indexation.
The big advantage I have is that I can get there by bike easily. What do you think?
