I work for a IT consultant company as a full stack developer, i wonder if i should ask for a raise or if i should wait for another year orso.

Edit: i work in the Netherlands but its a belgian contract, the company is original belgian and i live in Belgium aswell. I only work in breda as its the closest HQ for me personally.
