I like my job and my team. I can grow towards my personal interests inside the company, lots of courses available. I could switch to another function/field if I find my function not relevant anymore. My job includes developing in Java, analysing new features for our applications, optimising business processes.

I assume I have a very wel payed job for 2yoe. My net and vacation days fluctuates depending on how many calls I get while on-call duty.
