Having closed our FY in August, I figured an update is due. Wont do any other updates unless I change function, but can be useful to see the actual year numbers. I have achieved a bit over 125% of my target.

I think most questions have been answered in the previous topic, this is more as a correction/additional data point.

  • How often does overtime happens: no idea, dont think I average much more than 40 hours but some weeks can be 60 and others 20
