I started here 5 years ago to be in a relaxed position (took a wage cut) and to build a long term relationship with the clients by good customer service and clear communication. Sadly the bullshit from above is catching up (strategy changes, more control over daily tasks, bad IT implementation of regulation (mifid2, KYC, AML) which makes the job harder than it should be.

Since the playing field has been leveled why shouldn't I jobhop? I'd like a view of colleagues in front or back office and their working conditions.
