Rate my salary - Business Devlopment in a global corporation

-1. Personalia- Age: 33 Education: Bachelor electronics - master degree in biomedical engneering (never worked in that field) - international business certificate. My path is a bit uncommon for this position.

-3. CONTRACT & CONDITIONS- Current job title: it is a corporate bullshit name. I am sort of a sales guy basically.

Seniority: 1 years on this position, 5 years in the company • Official hours/week : 38 Average real hours/week : 10 to 40 depending my motivation.

Shiftwork or 9 to 5 (flexible?): 9 to 5 official but often different schedules / 2 days a week remote but flex also On-call duty: No Vacation days/year: minimum legal

To add :

i can work in offices in many country in eu , they pay hotel, allowance, taxi, rental cars. i need to fly abroad 1 to 2 x per month. In 2019 i use to fly 5 to 8 planes per month to clients, life was a lot harder at that time for less money.

-6. OTHER- How easy can you plan a day off: medium Is your job stressfull?: depends, extremes highs and lows. Education possibilities: meh , i think but not crasy. Responsible for personnel: just myself and i struggle already. I could have gone for management path but belgium taxes are so high, it does not worth it for the extra work especially managing other crasy sales people.
