Official hours/week : 38 hours/week
Average real hours/week incl. overtime: 40 to 45 depending the period. very rarely a few busy weeks per year of up to 50h/week.
Shiftwork or 9 to 5 (flexible?): 9 to 5
On-call duty: not officially but in reality I'm expected to be available for emergencies 24/7*. But there rarely are emergencies at night (2x in 4 years)
Vacation days/year: ~33
