I work as a process engineer in the chemical industry with 6y of experience. I applied for another job and I will probably get a job offer from there in one of the following days. I know that they offer some similar benefits (company car and fuel card, performance bonus,..) and I was thinking about asking around 20% raise in gross salary which would make my demand salary around 5600 euro. I am not sure if this would seem way too much and put the employer off. Does anyone have an idea if 5600/month would seem too much for 6y of experience?
