Hi Everyone, my place of work has been bought by a giga corporation. And allthough it came with it's financial and educational benefits i have some doubts about work ethics. We were a family business before they bought the company and it felt a lot nicer. I didn't feel like i was just a number. Random teams are demanding reports about stuff I don't know anything about. It's starting to be really stressfull. Now what kind of salary and benefits can I expect if I switch jobs to a smaller company?
