Note: I know not having a car is a bad thing in most people's eyes though I don't mind it all that much. My commute is short and I don't drive a lot of private kilometers. So paying VAA on a company car wouldn't benefit me much. I can use my parents car as long as I pay for the fuel. However, I understand that I could have aimed for a higher gross compensation for not having a car. It's my first job, a good place to build up experience, and I like the environment.
The gross looks really low if you compare it to other junior/no experience positions. Though I think 2050 euro net seems to balance it out? (as long as it is calculated right so I don't have to pay extra taxes afterwards)
