At the end of this year I have an evaluation where I've been told that I come into consideration for a raise. How much should I ask for (we have to propose a number ourselve)?

I have the feeling that given my degree and the industry I'm currently underpaid. Definitely when I compare with friends in other companies with the same degree and roughly the same work experience.

My current client has offered me to start at their company instead (contract is still to be reviewed). What do you advise is the best course of action.

TY.
