First company. Started at this company as a lab technician in quality control and got a chance as production supervisor after 1.5 year. Recently because of circumstances a lot more responsibilities were expected that had to be learned in a very short time (3 weeks due to dismissal). My evaluation a few months ago was good but haven't had any raise since starting as sup. Just wanted to know if my wage is fair and/or if I should ask for a raise or not. Work can be quite hard and stressful.
