Hi all! Last month I started my first job ever. I've never done any job interviews apart from the one for this position, so I have no clue how good / bad my salary is since I've never seen any other proposals.Starting next year, the salary will be revised and raised according to performance, and I was wondering how much of a raise I could be expecting based on how my current salary is right now. Should I be making sure certain things will be included starting next year (like travel compensation will be)?
