Rate my salary: Life Sciences Consultant

Started This year and I took the first offer that didn't sound ridiculously low (I received some offers around 2100-2400 Gross). Lately I've been wondering if I should have looked further or argue for a better salary but since I didn't have any previous work experience I decided it was better to just start working to improve my CV and confidence in my abilities. Now that I've been working for a few months I'm wondering if I should discuss getting a raise to reach 3K Gross. Am I being unrealistic? Should I just wait to reach at least 1 year of work experience before asking for a raise/change jobs?
