When I compare to my friends I think I am doing alright, but I feel I could earn a bit more due to all the additional tasks I take on. Next to assisting the director (owner) I'm often managing our planners and purchasers, taking care of payroll and recruitment, and anything else he asks me to do. I've asked the owner for a promotion and he is considering it, I feel like I should ask for a raise as well. Any suggestions how much I should go for?
