Just got promoted to Manager and I wanted your opinion as I think I could earn more than what I have today.

These times are quite tough for every saas companies out there and the only thing I could negotiate in my promotion from team lead to manager is the bonus on performance (which I consider a joke knowing that a promotion should give 10+% increase on gross). I didn’t receive more responsabilities in the change as I’m already acting as the head of the dept. If my results are good, I’ll be hopefully promoted to head of, what salary should I aim for?

Thanks for your feedback !
