I asked for a raise a few weeks back and they confirmed I would get one probably going up to the 2800 Bruto range, but I am thinking to make a transition to project management because I am quite bored of the work I do now and since the customer I work for now allows me to have a voice in how we do things. Also because i feel like with my communication skills and the technical experience I can bring more value in a different role.
