Hello!

My working situation has become quite stressful to me and even though the workload is not crazy and have a lot of flexibility in regards to WFH and deadlines, I find myself on the verge of burnout due to poor management and overall an unstructured work environment. My initial salary started at 2600 gross monthly and has mainly only gotten increases due to indexation. Feeling like I am being underpaid, as I work in a very small team, hold a lot of responsibility, and have gotten one 'promotion' without pay rise. Would love to hear your thoughts.
