Hello everyone,

Throw away account for obvious reasons. I recently got an offer I'm in process of accepting. For peace of mind I would like to know what you guys think since it's the first time I would change jobs and I'm kind of nervous about it. Current info of salary is in italics while offer is in bold.

1. PERSONALIA

  • Age: 28

  • Work experience : almost 5y
  • Civil status: Single
  • Dependent people/children: None

2. EMPLOYER PROFILE

  • Sector/Industry: Consultancy -> same
  • Amount of employees: ~450 -> 20 000+
  • Multinational? Yes -> Yes

3. CONTRACT & CONDITIONS

  • Current job title: .NET Dev -> .NET Dev
  • One sentence job desription: Consultant .NET dev + "chapter lead" (just orallycalled like that by managers, not on paper) -> Consultant .NET dev
  • Seniority: 4 years -> 0 y
  • Official hours/week : 38h/w (when idle but can do 40h/w when requested by client) -> 40 h/w
  • Average real hours/week incl. overtime: 30-45h/w -> unsure but at least 40h/w i'd say

I know the offer is good, I'm frankly just afraid of the fact they are recruiting me without a concrete project or client for the moment but I have to say they seem very nice.Also, tell me how does my (actual & potential) salary compare to my experience/background?
