Thinking of maybe asking for another raise this year as life keeps getting more and more expensive. Will probably get shot down as I am guessing my wage is already rather competitive but 'a no you have, a yes you can get hé'.

What would be a good raise to ask for? Currently thinking of just asking the minimum of 5%, that would be like €230 brut and probably something like €75 net.
