All my direct colleagues think that we are clearly underpaid and I share this opinion but I am curious to have the opinion of outsiders and people working in the same area maybe. I want to stress out that this salary has come to this thanks to the indexation. If not for this, it would still be 2100 gross. Forgot to put in the title: pharma company
