Current job title: process manager/project lead Seniority: 12 years (first job) Official hours/week : 37 hours/week but I have a 36 hour contract (ADV - additional vacation) Average real hours/week incl. overtime: around 42 hours Shiftwork or 9 to 5 (flexible?): Flexible, mostly office hours On-call duty: No Vacation days/year: 32 in total, official + ADV. 1 day of seniority vacation as well already. We have the option to ‘build’ overtime freely in a limited amount per working day and are able to take 7 additional days of vacation from this.

Gross salary/month: 4.700 Average net salary/month: 2.480 13th month (full? partial?): we have something called a NRRV, I receive a net bonus of around 2900 EUR in December if my company reaches certain goals Meal vouchers: yes, 8 EUR/day * Ecocheques: Yes - 100 EUR/year * Salary car/bike and/or fuel card: yes, flex car + fuel card (+- 550 euro gets deducted from my gross wage, including VAA taxes) * Group insurance (% employer): Yes * Other insurances: Yes, hospitalisation including partner for a low price * Other benefits (bonuses, stocks options, ... ): I can also lease my phone, tablet, phone subscription for pretty cheap gross prices. We get an additional bonus in May as well: gross 2800 EUR/net 1800 EUR. We have Benefits@Work as well. Personnel members get a discount as well on banking products and insurances.

  • Distance home-work (km's/time): 86 km to the regular office but there’s regional offices where I can work as well, the drive is not as far in those cases
