Extra info:

  • i started at 2500 bruto, got 100 and indexation which put me on 2900 atm, i have a feeling this is way too less for the work i do
  • Besides the 3D engineering i also need to make lay-outs, make the BOM, make sure everything gets ordered, talk with programmation about the process, the machines get made at the company itself so when it gets build i need to follow the process and make changes in case it is necesarry.(in short i have to see a project trough from beginning to end, usually alone, average time of a project is 2 months)

my big problem with the current job is that there is no place for growth and no education, the skills i'm learning are already close to the ceiling for this job. but i love the job and i rarely have a stressy day. i could go for a job like "project engineer" but that feels like such a responsibility jump (i can manage it at this job because i got to know everyone, its always the same people i work with)
