Just started a new position and the compensation is structured differently compared to my previous job. Moved from a company that was heavily invested in maximizing net (IP ruling, meal vouchers, extensive hospitalization plan, ...) to one that basically does nothing to maximize net income. I tried to negotiate a higher gross salary, but not sure where I stand now.
